हिमेश सर आपका बहोत बहोत हार्दिक अभिनंदन.! बाबासाहब डा भीमराव अम्बेडकरजी के जयंती के उपलक्ष में अपने न बहोतही अच्छी विडीयो बनायी और सबसे अलग , हटकें तरिकेसें अपने कंपनी बात रखी. क्यो की बहोत सारे लोग उनको 'दलितो कें मसिहा' के रूप में पेश करते है. पर अपने बाबासाहबनें दलितों के साथ साथ समाज कें अन्य सभी दब्बे कुचले वर्ग के लिए, भारतीय महिलाओं कें लिए, धार्मिक अल्पसंख्याक लोगों कें लिए भारत कें संविधान में बहोत सारे प्रावधान किडे है. वेळ प्रावधान हम पढते नहीं और संविधान को कोसते रहतें हैं. भारतीय महिलाओं कें लिए उन्होंने संसद में 'हिंदु कोड बिल' लाज थे. वह बिल मी आज महिलाओं कें लिए कारगर साबित हुआ. दबे कुचले वर्ग के लिए आरक्षण का प्रावधान किया ताकी वह लोग भी समाज कें मुख्य धारा में आए. सामाजिक भेदभाव की वजह सें उनको आरक्षण देकर उनका पर्याप्त प्रतिनिधित्व देना बहोत आवश्यक था. इसलिए बाबासाहब आरक्षण को गरिबी निर्मूलन नहीं बल्कि पर्याप्त प्रतिनिधित्व कहते है. क्यो की जैसा अपने कहा आज भी भारत के कई गावों में सामाजिक भेदभाव है. आज भी मेरे गांव में हमें मंदिरो में प्रवेश निषिद्ध है. ऐसी स्थिती आज है तो बाबासाहेब कें जमानें में कितनी रही होगी. फिर भी वह इन्सान एज्युकेशन के दम पर सामाजिक समानता लाने कें लिए जिंदगीभर संघर्ष किया. उनकें कार्य को जयंती के उपलक्ष पर शत शत नमन..thank you Babasaheb...we are because you.

2014, the University had declared Ambedkar as the most intelligent student - the only Indian to have featured in the list of top 100 students. It was in Columbia University that Ambedkar said he actually felt he was socially equal in the 1920’s.
Echoing this, and announcing the award for the most intelligent student, Prof Nicolas Dirks had said in 2014 that “Although Ambedkar went on to do this formal legal training at London School of Economics, we like to claim a very special role for the Columbia University in the conception and drafting of the Indian Constitution which bans discrimination based on untouchability, and enshrines a number of critical principals framing provisions for reservations, or affirmative actions in education and employment for historically oppressed groups.”
