Faouzia announces her song as soon as she pick it. she has no reason to lie. Faouzia sings what's best for her, not for Beth or I to sing along. Chinese song was her best choice. being in Chinese singing competition. Chinese people are voting for her and she doing great. Best choice overall was Desert Rose (she received 1st rank). all of Chinese comments were extremely impressed of her pronunciation, for having 1 week to prepare. Faouze learned to sing by ear, she never took lessons, so it's easy for her to sing a different language, including Chinese. she just listens & practice. her root language is Arabic, which is extremely difficult. that's why she can pronounce just about any letter or word. she sounded excellent.
@Beth, In one of the clips she said she learned that song by ear, 🤩she had a week to learn it. If you don't speak the language, pronunciation is very difficult and what I've read, she did very well. Yes, she was reading but if I'm not mistaken, everyone always uses that monitor as a reference.🤓

@@bbyfaouzia I still don't think she was lying, I think she was indecisive and didn't wanna share until she was 100% sure. I saw a video of her once before a long time ago, she said that she was a perfectionist, she always obsess over things so they'd be perfect. So I think she wouldn't say what song was on her mind to sing unless she was totally sure about it. Coz she could choose a song and then maybe change it last minute if she wasn't satisfied with herself. And as for the outfit, I don't think it's difficult to get it in no time. It's a big show with such big production! I don't know! 😅🤷♀️
