Raina was awesome! She literally finished the entire bowl of Menudo (7 lbs) to win the challenges, plus 5 more tacos. Lol, I was a little skeptic of how she handled all the foods so well.😋
I knew you were going to be fast but you shocked me. You made a Raina believer out of that Mexican Mom, she looked you over to see where the Menudo went. The beef Tripe can be chewy if not prepared properly, this looked perfect.

You want to cook the bones for the marrow which is high in nutrients and flavor!
If anything, posole has more bones. Menudo bones are usually bigger and easier to fish out. Posole commonly used pork neck bones which are smaller

@@cjulez1 tortillas rolled up like that are so it retains its warmth just as they are pulled off the griddle "plancha" cooking top. In that parchment roll is 4 locally made fresh daily no preservatives, perfectly griddled corn tortillas that are warm and soft. NO one wants a cold hard tortillas. . . Why go through all trouble?

Cynthia Luis Hi! I contemplated the pronunciation and chose to go all English. Trust me, we primarily speak Spanish at the restaurant with the proper accent. Next time we'll make a Spanish video!

I love everything about Menudo except for the tripe. The hominy, the broth, absolutely delicious. The texture of the tripe just kills me though.
Then you like pozole, If it doesnt have tripe it isnt menudo if its just hominy its called pozole.

No, back in our College days, we were all WWF fans and when planning this we made a joke about the winner poses with that replica Intercontinental Championship Belt that Mondovi had, to signify she was the winner of this massive menudo challege. . . That part didn't get on the video, but it's on my Facebook LIVE feed that I have tagged her on, so all her fans got a sneak peek of what to expect and lots of behind the scenes stuff.
I was right in front right next to the camera big quiet so not to interfere with her TH-cam footage and I didn't wanna loose connection for the live feed on my mobile for Facebook
So whoever wins this challenge they will he posing for the belt, Raina was the very first and did unexpectedly awesome!!!

Ellen Noriega Hi! Trust me I was contemplating the pronunciation before the video. Since majority of her audience doesn't necessarily speak Spanish I went all English pronunciation. Trust me we speak Spanish and speak it well with the right accent. Family extends from Durango and Mexicali in Mexico.
