這款耳機2024年1月生產，與Google及三星手機不相容，通話時間超過40分鐘以上，對方就聽不到我的聲音了（斷斷續續），已經送修原廠維修三次，結果耳機沒問題，是不同品牌不相容問題。只有忍痛丟掉了，（聽音樂不會不相容都正常），之前的OPPO Air2這款沒問題，才會再買OPPO藍芽，結果很悲哀。要買這款的人三思。
