I didn't feel happy for Shiro. I have no idea who that Atlas paladin is. Sure he was in the background a lot, but he had no interaction with shiro. I want to see relations built over time not thrown in our face out of nowhere.
I really feel that they could have made Keith and Lance end up together I mean they made Shiro end up with someone so like yeah. Keith and Lance had more development than them. I get that its like years later or something but still. Keith and Lance could have got together in those years. Omg this season was painful. If Keith and Lance were turned into "gays" it would have ticked off all the original fans probably. Just a theory of mine. I ship kieth and lance though

But lance and Keith had alot of chemistry and had character development while allura didn’t care about lance until now. When lance came to talk to keith about not being a paladin anymore, i think that's when keith decided he was going to join the Blade. I think he didn't want to hurt the team by doing things wrong.
