Surindar Kaur it wont be maxed out, and you will have to find that level 8 book again, and yes if you read a level 8 book on lvl 0 you will waste it and get level 1 which can be easily obtained from green zones.
Please teach me how to increase the game FPS, as i know, the game is locked at 30FPS. But your video is so smooth and i think you know how to increase the FPS. Sorry for bad grammar :D
