He killed someone but didn’t know because it was another personality who did it, but his psychiatric history doesn't mention that he has a dual personality, so this may not be true. Second：is Duncan from another Dimension cross over here, and all the people were killed by this future Duncan, because this is the only way to explain why Future's Mary can contact Doctor in this Dimension, and also can Explain who pushed Ying Ho Lan mother down to the stairs, because Duncan tripped over the stone pier and heard her mother yelling, but what we（audience） saw was someone pushing her mother down to the stairs, so the only explanation is：there are two Duncans, one is the Duncan who has not become a serial killer yet in this Dimension, and the other one is came from another Dimension by unknown reason （maybe Accident）, and this Duncan is a serial killer at the future, and it is also or maybe that he across here and caused the two Dimensions to intersect, causing the present day are slowly develop to the same Future. But this is just my conjecture, we will know until we watch to the end.

看完這一集，我覺得有兩個可能性，
第一：就是Duncan有精神分裂癥，他自己殺了人但是自己卻不知道，因為是另一個人格做的，但是他的精神病史並沒有提過他有雙重人格，所以這一點有可能是不成立的。
第二：就是另一個時空的Duncan跑了過來這邊，所有的人都是這個未來的Duncan殺的，因為祗有這樣才能解釋為甚麽Mary可以和這個時空的Doctor聯系上，也可以解釋刑警的媽媽是被誰推下樓梯的，因為當時Duncan被石墩絆倒才聽到她媽媽叫，但我們觀衆看到的是有人推她媽媽下樓梯，所以祗有一個解釋就是：有兩個Duncan，一個是在這個時空還沒變成連環殺手的Duncan，而另一個是不知道怎麽跑了過來這邊的時空，是未来連環殺手的Duncan，也很有可能是因為他跑了過來，令兩個時空產生交錯導致未來慢慢走向同步的發展。
不過這祗是我的猜測，要看下去才會知道。
