dd2 is a very fun game with great open world exploration and awesome combat! it has a few cringeworthy bad minor annoyances (facial expressions, lip sync, non existent reactivity - npcs not at all reacting to many things, rather ‚light roleplaying‘, pawns endlessly repeating themselves, pointless escort missions, weird blushing approval system) and a confusing endgame. but exploring and fighting is so good, that all the other things do not matter much. performance and low fps can be an issue ..
yeah it's been a fun journey so far! i don't by any means expect this to be the best game ever, so i've been able to enjoy it for what it is. some of the janky shit can be super funny too 😆
