Good thing about u is that show all ingredients in one go, explain well. Excellent. Avoid unnecessary talk. Great. But didn't explain how to boil dal to achieve 90% result as I don't know this part . :-(

Thanks for liking my recipe, For Boiling Chana dal. First wash the dal 2 to 3 time then soak in water for 1 hrs , If you have 1 Cup Dal then use 1/4 Tsp. Turmeric powder and add 2 Cup water cook it on medium flame 30 to 40 min. After 20 min check time to time how it is tender. Then check every 5 min.
When you get is 95% done then turn off flame.
