When he said he prefers to stay awake, that hit close to home. I actually force myself to stay awake as long as I can because i don't want the next day to come. I'm usually fine the next day but...the next day is always something that makes me anxious and scared. This actually helped me as well❤ his voice is so soothing

I have ADHD so caffine is more likely to make me tired than keep me awake. Although, I've never really felt like caffine agfected me at all. And I actually hate sleeping with other people in the room, especially when the other person is awake.
