The tax break point is very valid. Ask yourself why no big tech company is interested in building at Konza Technopolis. The Kenyan government does not want to give the tax breaks when in hindsight the jobs created will generate more govt revenue. Creating more jobs will help get out of debt faster than tax hikes.
Kenyans are hard working and good taxpayers but the problem our taxes get to politicians pockets.

Not to discourage anyone wishing to apply for a work visa, but keep in mind that there's a limited number of visas allocated per year for this category. In addition, the visa has to be petitioned (sponsored) by your future employer.
At 13:14, that unfortunate story about the airman who was recently killed in Florida. The disturbance wasn't coming from his apartment. He was actually on a video call with his girlfriend when the police knocked on his door, but they had the wrong address. He probably didn't hear the cop announce that it was the Sheriff's department banging on the door, that's why he armed himself before opening the door. His handgun was pointed to the floor, but unfortunately the panicked or overzealous cop emptied his magazine on the poor dude as soon as he saw the gun.
