The mask Deku has is a nice little touch which is usually overlooked, which is the fact that hero Deku's outfit had the ears that resembled the hair of All-Might, and obviously since in this time-line Deku's sensei is All-For-One, the mask is a nod to that
The author really thought this alternate plot through, everything feels natural unlike the other villain deku au's. (although there are still good ones but this is probably the best)

Izuku did try to move on and find a job/career elsewhere, but because of the Hero Commission throwing him under the proverbial bus no one was willing to take him on. With this plus being naturally Quirkless, he had no options left open to him and was just about to commit suicide till AFO stepped in.

Plus Izuku says he would move even if he's body can't as long as he can save a life it's worth it. But have you ever wondered how Izuku would feel when the real heroes - All Might gets killed by the hero commission themselves. If it were me I'd just trainand let AFO destroy society before finishing him off, after all hitting 2 birds in one stone is a pretty good deal.

Funny thing is *Spoilers* In the manga deku actually begins to seriously harm villain and becomes a person similar to hero killer except deku is determined to defeat the villain to protect everyone and see them smile. The deku we should fear is no one that is cold and calculated but one that doesn’t care for villain lives, is cold and distant like a villain but still will not do anything that will harm civilians. The manga/cannon deku is cold like a villain but has the mind set of a hero.

It really is amazing how much could have happened if Deku was not on the side of the heroes, it just shows the amount of an impact Deku made when he was a Hero. This giving us an idea how much on an impact he could have made with him being on the side of the villains. This is also the absolute best fanmade comic I have ever read in my entire life if I'm gonna be honest. The consistency of when you produce these vids is also amazing 10\10 and it truly deserves more attention and praise, keep up the good work.
Honestly my first time reading this Villain Deku series in particular so having the knowledge of Canon makes this really cool. I admit the part when Kota grabbed Mandalay like that in Nomu really had me, just goes to show how scary things can be in a Villain Deku AU, especially one like this.

The way he thinks and analyzed things are just incredible and insane, very creative and talented and that villain charisma he had can make anyone be on his side whenever he pleases. Every time, he just makes everything go beyond everyone's expectation and a guaranteed 100% success with no flaw's whatsoever. This is really the real villain everyone should fear!
When we were young we thought all heroes were the good guys while the villain were the bad we hated them but as soon as we grew older we realized one by one the meaning on why villain are not always evil they're just broken

It's obviously because Deku was discriminated by Bakugou and other kids for being quirkless. Instead of All-Might, All-for-One the one who approach Deku in this AU. Thus he want to change the perspective of the world by steal or removing quirk from the world so there won't be quirk anymore so everyone would stop differentiate others for being quirkless or having rather less or useless quirk

Dude great job at giving Mustard a useful chance And an even greater way to control his quirk like thinking of a way to alter mustards gas thickness and shape and form to make a thick grasp of poison is genius and it really gave him an edge over those class 1 b students and I would also suggest giving him some attacks like one with spikes and another with a ball, and another with tentacles

This is perfect, for my standars of the perfect villian and the perfect hero are some rules, normally the perfect Hero is the one a little idiota but with always is gonna surpass their límites by the things that They believe, by their friend, and all the good of the world, that is the perfect model of 'Hero' but in the villian case, i really prefer the calculating villian, the one what always have a plan, he always have a plan b-c-d or more if is neccesary, they always are 10 steps ahead of you, that is my type of perfect 'villian', and this Izuku is really reaching my expectatives, i'm seeing too much potential in this Izuku.
Shigaraki and Deku are like those kind of friendship where they looked like they hate each other on every single second but they somehow manage to cooperate when the time comes

Interestingly, there’s also a hero version, where Deku is given “hypothetical scenarios” with hero’s, villains, hostages, etc., and Deku uses his knowledge to best resolve the event for the heros. Then his report is given to the hero’s in question, so they can better themselves. Makes for a very powerful hero side. I can’t remember the name though, sadly

I think this version of Villain Deku parody's is the best because it makes a whole lot more sense and shows how his mental side truly does change after becoming a Villain. Some of the other parody's still keep his somewhat the same on the outside but this what truly gives us our Villain Deku.
I feel like in this chapter, eraserhead should have asked “Who are you?” And midoriya shoukd have said “Oh,I am no one. I am just a boy who got his future ripped away”. It would have showed eraser the shortcomings of the ehroes
I'm not sure of it would work with eraserhead. This is a guy who rips people's dreams of being a hero away. He known at UA as the guy who expelled a whole class.

The truth was that I was worried that Deku would be given a lot of attention, making everyone give little importance to Shigaraki, that one of my favorite things was the evolution of Shigaraki as he matured, at least here he is also making his way with Deku , and with the photos at the end to see if it turns out well, that is, Gentle Criminal undoubtedly understands the pain of this society but is not someone who likes to resort to violence

@@99999drake Many Villain Izuku AUs/fics often have Izuku and Tomura butting heads, being rivals, competing for position to be AFO's successor. So it's refreshing to see the 2 ACTUALLY getting along as good friends in this story. In fact their relationship, is the perfect foil. Katsuki and Izuku started off as childhood friends but as seen here, became bitter enemies while Tomura and Izuku got off on a rough start (like many villain Izuku fics) but they end up becoming very close friends as the story progresses.
Now this is what I am talking about!!! One hell of an episode, I am seriously in awe of it !!! Nice work Author- San, Can't wait for the next episode!!
This manga truly shows Deku's ambition to reshape society, It gives me the chills because it's really accurate. If Deku really was a villain this would be him, this is his Villain AU. It this types of manga that gives light to a different point of view ( in this case the corruption of the hero society).
How interesting on how Deku managed not only to show his own power, but the power of the team he was assigned with and with a potential team in this Alternative timeline
Am I the only one that finds it super disturbing that Kota had absolutely no issue or felt conflicted attacking and severely injuring his aunt and the rest of the Pussycats, who must also be like a family to him? No? Just me?
1: he didn’t seem too close to them in the canon story 2: you mean the aunt who just kept saying “they died as heroes” instead of actually comforting him and who somehow never showed up while he tried fighting Muscular back in the last chapter?
Honestly, I don't like those Teeth around Kraken's neck. Looks ugly in my opinion. But I can't lie he still looks amazing. I like the idea of Kouta Nomu. 10 out of 10.

Definitely love how izuku refer original member of league of villain as tomura's team, like he clearly see while tomura and the other is chaotic evil alignment, he is more chaotic neutral alignment and need member with simikar mindset and behaviour as his own team
The best victories are gained from no battles needed -Art of War: Sun Tzu. Seeing how calculating Deku is in this AU, he's more logical, more intelligent. He knows when to strike and when to call it quits. He knows that the best way to ruin Heroes and their society is to expose their faults and make them untrustworthy rather than killing them... Heroic deaths only makes martyrs, examples that creates more heroes... Like a Hydra's head, cut one and two more grows.
I hope the heroes never win in this, so many of villain deku AU ends up with the hreoes winning. Want to see more chaos and destruction in here tho. Crushing defeats or empty win will be awesome tho

The scariest thing about this villain Deku is the fact that he has a "quirk" that could make his allies ability shine even brighter

This is perfect, for my standars of the perfect villian and the perfect hero are some rules, normally the perfect Hero is the one a little idiota but with always is gonna surpass their límites by the things that They believe, by their friend, and all the good of the world, that is the perfect model of 'Hero' but in the villian case, i really prefer the calculating villian, the one what always have a plan, he always have a plan b-c-d or more if is neccesary, they always are 10 steps ahead of you, that is my type of perfect 'villian', and this Izuku is really reaching my expectatives, i'm seeing too much potential in this Izuku.
Shigaraki and Deku are like those kind of friendship where they looked like they hate each other on every single second but they somehow manage to cooperate when the time comes

Interestingly, there’s also a hero version, where Deku is given “hypothetical scenarios” with hero’s, villains, hostages, etc., and Deku uses his knowledge to best resolve the event for the heros. Then his report is given to the hero’s in question, so they can better themselves. Makes for a very powerful hero side. I can’t remember the name though, sadly

I think this version of Villain Deku parody's is the best because it makes a whole lot more sense and shows how his mental side truly does change after becoming a Villain. Some of the other parody's still keep his somewhat the same on the outside but this what truly gives us our Villain Deku.
I feel like in this chapter, eraserhead should have asked “Who are you?” And midoriya shoukd have said “Oh,I am no one. I am just a boy who got his future ripped away”. It would have showed eraser the shortcomings of the ehroes
I'm not sure of it would work with eraserhead. This is a guy who rips people's dreams of being a hero away. He known at UA as the guy who expelled a whole class.

The truth was that I was worried that Deku would be given a lot of attention, making everyone give little importance to Shigaraki, that one of my favorite things was the evolution of Shigaraki as he matured, at least here he is also making his way with Deku , and with the photos at the end to see if it turns out well, that is, Gentle Criminal undoubtedly understands the pain of this society but is not someone who likes to resort to violence

@@99999drake Many Villain Izuku AUs/fics often have Izuku and Tomura butting heads, being rivals, competing for position to be AFO's successor. So it's refreshing to see the 2 ACTUALLY getting along as good friends in this story.
In fact their relationship, is the perfect foil. Katsuki and Izuku started off as childhood friends but as seen here, became bitter enemies while Tomura and Izuku got off on a rough start (like many villain Izuku fics) but they end up becoming very close friends as the story progresses.
Now this is what I am talking about!!! One hell of an episode, I am seriously in awe of it !!! Nice work Author- San, Can't wait for the next episode!!
This manga truly shows Deku's ambition to reshape society, It gives me the chills because it's really accurate. If Deku really was a villain this would be him, this is his Villain AU. It this types of manga that gives light to a different point of view ( in this case the corruption of the hero society).
How interesting on how Deku managed not only to show his own power, but the power of the team he was assigned with and with a potential team in this Alternative timeline

Seeing how calculating Deku is in this AU, he's more logical, more intelligent. He knows when to strike and when to call it quits.
