Charting is placing notes for the songs,with Psych Engine,you can use events freely with charting.
For me,charting is placing EVERYTHING i can,so you'll just see some events,stage stuff (If I find,or get permission for the sprites and that)
Charters usually use Instrumental and Vocals Separated to make it more easy to chart,and it works very wonderfully!
