Why not, some will soon give themselves over to the police. Health conditions are a serious concern for these inmates. Access to good meals, and a heart of repentance is important. But the crimes some of these men have committed are heinous, without care for justice even knowing that they would be arrested, or killed by the police if caught on the run.
