Nonsense! Sorry to say, this salesman doesn't know his stuff regarding BaaS. If you drive consistently more than 1,500 km/month then go with Bajaj; payment is capped at INR 5,250/month. However, if your drive pattern will be haphazard, then go with Vidyut; pay INR 0 if on a month you drive 0 km or say, you drive 2,000 km another month, then you'd pay INR 7,000 for that month. One more thing... If your car is going to be chauffeur driven most of the time then purchase the Windsor Exclusive variant and SAVE! Lastly, think twice about buying your NEW Windsor in West Bengal. Instead, take a train ride to Lucknow UP with a companion, buy the Windsor there and pay ZERO rupees on Registration Tax, and drive the 1,000 km back to Kolkata WB with FREE recharges along the way at the MG-affiliated public charge stations!
Simple calculation which salary is more than 15 lac per year and running more than 2500 per month and want this car for long term use ko ye car leni h only simple calculation for 3 yr. 11.99 +3.5 lac. Ex showroom for best model than. 70000 your insurance +5000 rto +25000 if you sell within 3 yr and 45000 means 1250 per month than you will maximum 60 % value of your car , And after 3 yr you will return only 9 to 9.5 lac of 16.50 -17.50 lac And you will pay total in 3 yr is 15.50 + 25000( buy back value )+ 210000( 3 yr insurance) + 3-4 lac (9% interest of 15 lac for 3 yr ---9 -9.5 lac ( 60% of 15.50 lac ) ==11-12 lac for for 3 yr if you running max 1250 per month (45000/36=1,250 ) than you calculate your salary. Don’t go in influencers.
If we finance additional 3.5L along with car cost finance then the additional EMI cost would be 5,128/- based on 3.5L principal, interest rate 9% and tenure 8 years (96 months). Then why pay 5,250 to any financer in the name of BAAS?
See the battery cost claimed by MG is 3.5 lacs which should be around 5.5 lac for 38kw as per industry standard. If they increase the price later to this then BaaS will make a difference in EMI.
After discussing this with my sales representative, it would be better to go for your own finance through a bank of your choice (~8.5-8.7% interest), rather than taking a finance through these 4 finance institutions. Every finance institution has valued the batter per/km with a fixed total kms 1.5 lac. Eg: For Vidyut, you can run for average 500km per month, you will pay around 1750 monthly subscriptions. But at the end of the 8th year, you'll have to clear all your dues pertaining to (1.5Lx3.5) - (500x3.5x8x12) = 3.57L. I think the best one is the Bajaj plan that charges you 5250 fixed per month = 5L total battery cost.
Bass and buyback is a big gimmick and MG successfully utilised it to create a big hype...but the car is far better than NEXON or CURV...as per price and features....though battery is a bit less....
Please confirm if we go with BAAS from their restricted 4 financers or from different banks on Car +Battery our choice..which one is better ? Interest (EMI) wise which one better?
