In case people need to pay you, you can give them builder access, unclaim the smelter or butcher and they can claim it and deposit silver on it.

However, my ult does not have access to the chests on the island? After looking into Chest access and trying to give Ult access to that, it still will not allow me to open up the chest? Just started AO not too long ago, so first investment would be Island Just build all houses on land plot, fill then them laborers and some storage and then farming best option would be corns? Just to confirm is this the best option for newbies? So far I've poured in 200k on the island.
Hi Matt, once you've purchased your island you'll always have access to it even if your premium runs out. You only need premium to purchase the island initially. Have a good one!
Please don't max out your island, upgrading to lvl3/buy a new island on another char is the most effective way to get farm plots. Don't ever build buildings on your island / refining stations / butcher whatever. They don't give resource return rate and it's always just better to craft in the city (even when taxes are on like 90%). The only purpose they have is to transfer money between alt accounts lol. Houses for labours are useless as well cause creating a guild island for guild halls is cheaper overall and you don't have to travel between labours each time. - This means that you can get labours even without premium. I wouldn't recommend to get labours without premium because they are very cost intensive for a newer player
So in your opinion the most efficient way is to just get level 3 island eg. the 262k one and to just build and utilize the farm plots? Not building anything else including houses? How about if I do not have a guild hence no access to guild island/guild halls? edit: So it's advisable to have both private island (farm) and guild island (everything else eg. house)?

I just double checked ona premium and a none premium char ... the butchers in the cities have 15% return! maybe its a newer feature but you should probably correct that statement!
as someone who mainly does solo dungeons, from my understanding on how islands work. would it be a good idea to do merc laborers, fill journals while doing solo dungeons, focus water crops as my daily routine?

Did the reduce the premium requirement?! When I talk to the island person it only says I need 4 more days, for a total of 7(everyone gets 3 days in the tutorial), and it's 3 days on ALL my characters, one of which I made within the last week(needed a dedicated gatherer)!

Start with tier 2 books and when he levels to 3 give him t3 books and so on. When they reach lvl 5 u can sell them on the market or continue leveling. But u will need have a t5 house. Each t5 house is not so cheap. So start slow
Why no explanation for how furniture limits work, the min-max strategy you might look into, whether it's worth to buy journals or to sell them or to buy and fill them yourself and give to laborer or to buy and fill them yourself to sell, nothing??
You can demolish the buildings with a demolition hammer if I recall correctly. You'll get some materials back after destroying so make sure you are on an ox.

Hi victor if you have a good return rate on your laborers you can buy filled books and use them for a profit. Im not sure about every type of laborer but for imbuer fletcher and blacksmith i can confirm you make profit

Yeah you need to build house for them with all the furniture and trophies , and then you should hire the labourers or you can buy from market , . And you should give them filled journals of their kind and wait for 22 hours to collect the resources they bring.
@@crealix7859 that bar is the happiness bar , you can Increase it by putting down some trophies in the house , note that you need one of each teir to stack up the happiness , same teir trophy don't stack, there are also some special trophies which give more happiness to the prefered labourers
Extra fame when doing activities, 50% extra loot from dungeons, extra resources when gathering, can purchase island only after buying 30 day premium, bonus chests and items every month, and I'm pretty sure I'm missing something. 8.8mil may seem pricy, but it's totally worth it. Especially if you're playing regularly.
That depends on whether you want to fill in the journals yourself or buy full ones from the market. If you want to fill them yourself you may want to get laborer's that work with the books you can fill. If you'll buy them from the market, you can either go for the ones that make the most profit or need your meets in other areas.
yes it does but its possible its a newer feature that he doesnt know about as i do remember not having this bonus, but i was surprized a few days ago when i slaughtered some pigs and got more then i would in the past (replayed the game after a break of a year).
is it the private island permanent after your 1month premium service expires?.. i watched this video and try to put journal on the slot but it won't work..i bought fisherman npc.. i tried to put the journal on slot but it stays on my inventory..
Note that to fill a fisherman's journal, you should fill them up by catching fish . Click on the journal and read the information given by the book to know more. If you don't like catching fish and filling them your self, you buy filled journals from the market, but the prize of the filled journals are usually high so it's recommended to fill by your self.
guild island are the best of choice to have if you plan to use all other functions of an island except farming. Personal island is the only choice where you get farm plots to do farming crops, herbs or breed animals.

Total cost for setup is only 1 time, and after that you get to use it till you continue playing albion. 3.
