Another reason for the answer, which I thought is, if the answer is BD, it has to be executed exactly in the sequence DB for the solution to arrive. But, DE could be executed in any order to get the required result.
In the power query editor you have the ability to remove duplicates from a single column or from multiple columns there is no remove duplicates from the table option which is also why I didn't choose B.
