That was amazing skill and presentation i can feel it how him really enjoy it for making coffee in every step, a lot of factor for a barista becoming to be great barista! working flow management, arrangement bar, clean as you go, mised an place thats all just basic important things for barista to making good habbit in reality of bar operational behind the machine. I hope a lot of barista from Indonesia better like him and we can find it in every coffee shop in Indonesia especially Jakarta, Bandung and Bali (3 big city for great of coffee industry on my opinion). Proud of Indonesian Coffee as well.

Therefore, tactile is a sum of the weight, the texture, and the finish of coffee drink he made. For example: weight is full, or medium, or thin. Texture is silky smooth, or medium smooth, or rough.
