    FULL CREATED RECIPE
    Ingredients:
    1 small cauliflower
    10 small potatoes
    To make cabbage
    1 onion
    5-6 cloves of garlic
    1/2 small size of red cabbage
    Apple cider vinegar and coconut sugar to taste
    1/4 cup to start cooking onions and garlic
    Another1/4 cup of water to add with cabbage
    To make sauce
    1 can of garbanzo beans
    1 can of low sodium tomato sauce
    2 cups of chopped kale
    Cumin, turmeric, cinnamon, smoked paprika, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, pepper, nutritional yeast and salt to taste.
    Directions:
    Steam potato and cauliflower until soft. Put aside!
    Cut onion and garlic into a small pieces and add into a frying pan with water. Cook until soft.
    Add cabbage and another 1/4 cup of water. When soft, add sugar and apple cider vinegar.
    Mix everything well and put aside.
    Make sauce by combining all the ingredients.
    In casserole dish add some tomato sauce just to protect your vegetables from sticking to the bottom of it. Add cauliflower/ potato mixture and spread it evenly over the sauce. Add cabbage mixture and distribute it evenly over cauliflower mixture. Top your mixture with rest of the tomato sauce.
    Bake at 450 F for 15 minutes covered and another 15 minutes uncovered.
