great travels along California's central coast ... I speculate that you'll probably cycle along the scenic Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) from Point Mugu/Oxnard all the way down to Santa Monica ... enjoy the sites
Your route (in the opposite direction) is where outflow from the largest lake in California once made its way to the Pacific Ocean. That lake is back this year --- Tulare Lake. Spreading far and wide across the cotton fields that the lake was drained to create. You've heard of this wonderful-yet-problematic deluge, right?
Like these videos. I like Lucy’s setup but then I have the same setup!😂 descending Cuesta grade into San Luis Obispo on the 101 must have been a bit sketchy!
Decathlon just updated their rc500 road bikes with new Microshift sets (r9 and r10 for rc500 and rc520 respectively) could you do a video about them? There's nothing about these in youtube
🤗 back in the day we would set off on our 10 speed steel steeds with down tube shifters. No bike shoes, shorts or helmet. Our energy drink was a coke. 🥰 Times have changed.
How well do titanium bottle cages hold? I've lost water bottles on rough terrain using aluminium but have since switched to the carbon Arundel Mandible... and have yet to lose another bottle.
Lucy and Francis welcome to the great riding on the California Central Coast. Cool to see you two riding on my local roads. You should come back in October for the Bovine Classic gravel race. th-cam.com/video/UQg7NKH1gNE/w-d-xo.html
2:34 Hands off the brakes. What if an idiot suddenly opens his door without looking? Scary... Mind you, maybe having your hands on the brakes wouldn't change anything...
I love seeing Lucy on the channel. Such a great attitude and spirit. Always a ray of sunshine.
Love Lucy, she's so nice and cool! Her bike is almost as cool as her. Love little bike checks vids like those, keep em up !
Such a pleasure to ride with you guys! Thanks for making me look cool 😎
Thanks for joining us and delivering us safely to SLO! Definitely boosted our morale ✨
So nice to see Lucy again as I always enjoyed her content when she was at Sigma. Great journey so far and stay safe on the remaining stretch.
I'm glad you're able to ride a bit north of SoCal - there are many good roads and towns up here
That titanium frame is top notch! Looking great!
I love that she still says aluminium properly 👍🏻🇬🇧
That's a beautiful machine. Enjoy the ride Lucy!
What a nice bike and Lucy looks a good bike mate. Thanks for the video and take care, Al
Awesome more Cade across America adventures
Hiya Francis, not sure but think your account has been hacked, keep getting messages about prizes
Cade_Media ??
Lucy is a legend! It must have been amazing riding from SF too Saint Louis Obispo! It’s such a pretty ride!
That bike is sick! I love Lucy!
They should make a TV show called that!
Ti bikes are so sweet! ❤
Good fun. Love the custom paint on the fork. And this is as early as I have ever been, even when you did Aus. Nice.

Love these video series. ❤

Great to catch up with Lucy and see her thriving in LA

Beautiful bike.
Looks like a nice route ❤
Okay, Lucy is adorable 😊
Next time you should head north. The riding up there is pretty mind blowing.
Titanium YUM
These frames will be around forever, probably better than carbon

She's a Machine. I can barely drink Coke without feeling sluggish, she does it while cycling across the state. What a beast.
That sounds like a you problem my guy
no way, coke especially on a ride, is awesome. sugar AND caffeine!? yes please. I don't think it under any other situation
Lucy must really appreciate being called a beast,.

Seriously, lovely to see Lucy, she’s great … lovely bike too!
Wow....nice bike!
Lucy seems so chill - really nice energy
Nice Titanium bike :) & a nice video :)
Cornelius Would Be Proud.🙌🏻
When you open the Cade Media Hall of Fame (near Richmond Park) I'm sure Lucy will be one of the early inductees
I love my Blackheart Ti ❤
🖤
LUCY !!!
What a beautiful bike
Lovely bike
Wait what brand of bottle cages? They look good!
6:27 in - should have stopped at the Frog and Peach pub with all of the Union Jack flags outside 🤣
The helmets look really innovative. The straps however look very tight on the back of the ear.
Where can I get some of those smiley water bottles?
Thanks Francis and Lucy....love Tailfin stuff . That front fork is awesome , and I am gonna check out that brand ! Is that helmet comfortable ?
245$USD. So not too bad.
😊

No Complaints at all with mine! Nice and stiff and fairly light too 🙂
@@lucymannall Well I've been wanting to try titanium for a while.. I guess I will! 😀👍
What kind of barbag is Lucy using, the green bag looks nice
Gorgeous bike! Still wondering why Lucy left the UK?
05:49 - expected to see SAFABrian come hammering past you
PETITION! DO THE ACROSS AMERICA OR ACROSS ANYWHERE WHEREVER AS LONG AS IT IS WITH LUCY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I concur
😂 I'm in!
I'd watch
Nope Stacy will be sad
Come to Seattle! Ride up the Oregon Coast!
When filming in the UK, I pay respect and type aluminium. Filming in the USA, however, I guess it's no disrespect to type aluminum? 😀👍
What were the better food options!?!?!
Love Lucy!
What is going on with that rear derailleur at 2:59?
Chain too short. (for that cassette at least)
Yo! U ripping through Santa Barbara??
4:26 yes please
Really hope Lucy hydrated well after that ride, because seeing the salt trace on both her face and her kit, she must have lost quite a bit of minerals
Bonus video where its just you two playing "I spy"?
beutiful bike set up but i think its so expensive👍
Forgot to cover the handlebar bag as part of the bike check!
You took the lane going down Cuesta Grade?! I don't trust the SLO drivers enough to do that.

Lucy is cool, Rex’s mullet maybe not so cool 😂
I spy lots of Lucy....
Lucy is the best … “who wants Gatorade when you have Coke” 😂😂😂
Aloominum! Stop it Lucy, you’re English 🤭😳😉
Why you don't straight your legs more. I was always hearing bending it to much was mistake 🤔
Hellooo
Well I'm early
Where's she from? Sounds a hint of German in there lol
I thought she is from London. But seems to have changed to a US accent
@@davidbigio1508 erm not sure my ex was from London she might have lived there but wonder where she's from
The South of England. Now has a bit of an American accent
shes saddle 2 low
Why did pea head move to the USA?
What's with her unusual accent now
Does she carry a gun?
salty face
Lovely bike but what’s with the accent? 😂
