That's right, you can't just eat less, you need invasive surgery paid for by other people

Here is a idea, try eating less and exercise! Everyone is looking for a easy fix!

You still have to do strict diet & exercise so it’s not taking the easy way out it also removes the hormones in your belly that makes people over eat and it can cure most type 2 diabetes overnighted & heart issues

      Easy fix? Educate yourself!

Its not an easy fix at all - why dont you try and educate yourself on reasons why some individuals "cant" lose weight no matter what they try. Take PCOS for instance. Not enough is even known about this disease, however it causes your hormones to be completely out of whack and some can even have insulin resistance. This makes it damn near impossible to lose weight successfully. So instead of being a damn troll...MIND YOUR BUSINESS....No one asked for your negative opinion.

Why don't these people just buy a cardio machine for home use

Because that isn't effective for many people. Read the research. Obesity is not a disease of little exercise.
