I was going to do this Operation and I am very close to max out Bride of Frankenstein. In the next Operation, it will be the time to max out the costume. Some changes have been made of upgrading costumes objectives before you had to upgrade a costume but now it requires to upgrade a certain costume on lvl 4 or 3 based on your operation and it will be much easier to progress.
