Haha, integrating CKM with FHIR - very interesting. I believe that the top FHIR decision makers all know of the CKM. However, don’t agree on the NEED for internationally standardised data models as extensive as the CKM. IPS is doing something similar but at a much lower level of detail and granularity, so has to be seen whether there can be any other collaboration apart from taking inspiration from CKM for FHIR profiles.

Yes, you may want to look at the concept of Differential Privacy. Microsoft has done a lot of good work in this area.
