So i purchase the first line of pandora shine played gold. I never wore it. Stored it as directed by pandora! In months it was ruined. It’s all black and there is nothing I can do to fix it. I called pandora for warranty help and they refused. A $500 bracelet, trash!! I’m so frustrated! I see others not even take care of their plates jewelry and it’s fine. I’d what to do! I’d rather just fine a way to remove the plating and have it all be one color 😢 please help!
@@fanxystayTarnish can be removed with using a good gold polishing cloth first to get as much tarnish off as possible, followed by window cleaner to clean using a paper towel. Wash in moderately hot (not boiling) water, dawn liquid soap. Leave for about half an hour, rinse, pat dry and polish again for shine.
NOT SOLID GOLD After my boyfriend spent $2500 NOT including the charms on this bracelet. I found out that inside the clasp is SLIVER. I called the store and the representative as well confirmed that it is silver. The rest of the bracelet is entirely gold however, inside is still silver, including the inside of each 14k gold charms. You would still would want to take off the bracelet before getting in the bathe, shower, beach, pool, gym, washing hands, etc .. because it will leave that black residue on your arms and fingers when you touch the bracelet. Really sad because the bracelet itself is beautiful but very happy we weren’t cheated over $3000. Honestly, from a gold lover. DONT WASTE YOUR $$. You can buy actual SOLID gold for a quarter of that price without worrying to have to take it off or leaving any black residue.
I normally keep all my jewelry in an anti-tarnish bag ( found on amazon) to prevent them from getting too tarnished. If they are really dirty I put to soak in warm water and use a baby toothbrush with a gentle dawn soap to scrub away the debris, for the rose gold I only use warm water (no soap or barely) I then Pat dry and place back into the anti tarnish bag. I do this once a year give or take.
On the shine, as long as it's carefully worn and not showered in or worn to swim. I've had mine for about 5yrs and it still looks new, but I do wear it almost daily as I'm a gold lover and created it to relegate my full 14k bracelet pandora for special occasions.
