Light (Knowledge=truth) shines through those at the top of the pyramid, but those at the bottom do not possess that same transparency/light (opaque bricks). Essentially, those at the top have occult knowledge (hidden knowledge) that allows them to hold that position above everyone else. Those at the top= (government, "elite", corporations, etc)

Btw, go to google maps and look at the Us capitol. Look @ it through the satellite option. If you look at it sideways, you'll see the streets/buildings are formed to make up an owl. An owl is also a prominent "illuminati" symbol. This was pretty mind=blowing to me when I came across this.
Oh. and another thing that's also quite odd. Check out Israel's supreme court building. It also has a pyramid at the top of the building with a hole at the top (where sunlight shines through) representing the same idea, exactly like the one on the dollar bill. This is quick and helpful. I've always wondered about the meanings. I would just like to know what's the significance of the pyramid, more specifically the eye. I've heard it was added by FDR, the "New Order" part referring to the New Deal, and how that would be the beginning of a new Era in America, where our government would return help to our citizens. The eye part is the only thing I can't find any agreement on, only that it's one of the two you stated. I've read many of the founding fathers were masons, but the eye of Providence seems to make more sense to me, as looking out over the future of our country.
