So... on the one hand this is low-key psychological abuse-toying with Stanford and pretending to love him, then smashing that illusion right in front of him and revealing the demon he truly is... But on the other hand... he _looks_ like a kid in a candy store when he sees those toys... Therefore the result: Bill is probably a psychologically disturbed demon (unless that's the same for all demons... If so, is Will the only exception?), who projects all of his issues onto other people, resulting in him physically and psychologically torturing those he takes pick on (perhaps some might say it's his own "twisted" version of love...). _BUT_ ... give him a candy bar or a present, and he'll be sweet and innocent like a little kid... until he subsequently ties you up five seconds later.
