@@aashimasawhney4285 There are PADI certified agencies which costs a little bit more but they there equipment can be more reliable (considering they are certified by International organization). However other local agencies are not at all bad. They are equally good but can be cheaper. Just ensure that you are getting/comparing same dive time, depth and video quality in the SUCBA. The other difference that remains is what you want to eat - Rasgulla or Assorted milk ball dipped in concentrated sugar solution. :)

Duration is around 30 min. Some provide video using GoPro, which may be good. Others have just a underwater camera which provides max 1080p videos or lower which are not good. So it depends with the diving agency and is not certain.
We were charged around 3k. I would suggest Havelock Island in terms of price, as there are lot of driving agencies. Neil Island may have better locations as it is less crowded. But please ask local people as I didn't enquired this thing.
We did our diving through Island Divers. It left from Govindnagar Beach for a Island towards east of it...I don't know the exact diving location but it was near a Island which is east of Govindnagar Beach. Hope it helps!!!😬
They make us fill up a form where we have to declare our health condition. Having Asthama could be a problem. Please check out before going for it as it could be a serious concern.
I didn't checked how to book online as internet had not made it into the Andamans by then. But now the internet has penetrated much more. So please check out on the Google.
If you have never done it then yes, cost justifies the experience. If you have done it already, it depends on how much you enjoyed your previous dives or how much you like underwater world. I think we get cheapest of everything in India....so it is worth a try...

Scuba sites are different for different diving agencies. This one was called Juhu Beach site.
