Dashain Special Khasi ko Pakku
Ingredients:-
2 kg Goat meat
4 tbsp Cumin powder
4 tbsp Coriander p0wder
2 tbsp hot Chili powder
2 tbsp Gram masala
1 tbsp Black pepper
2 tbsp red Chili powder(Kashmiri lal mirchi)
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Ginger powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
Salt to taste
2 cup Mustard Oil
1 tsp Cumin seeds
2 small stick Cinnamon
5 Cardamom
5 Cloves
4 Bay lives
1/2 Nutmeg(Jaiphal)
2 tbsp Ghee
