i have question is not clear in the video , how the Mqtt Explorer client has subscribed to the fuxa "Modbus" Topic automatically ?

when you connect to Mosquitto broker from MQTT Explorer it will subscribe to "#" so it means it will subscribe to all available topics and that is thr reason.
