Excellent effort Frank Gaillard.Love the way you try to clear the concepts which is really required to build a good and long lasting memory .Radiopedia has really served the radiologic community and indirectly the humanity tremendously.

As a layman I agree with your obstructive hydrocephalus being more common than often expected for sure, thanks for mentioning that, C2 rotations causing compression of the internal jugular vein would be one of those types of obstructions I expect, or in the case of even more ligament laxity from trauma or CTD issues, bilateral IJV compression for sure, and mastoid inflammation, empty sella turcicca, and a compressed pineal gland would make me have to agree more, I noticed the extra CSF in the optic sheath and the larger lateral ventricle, it's amazing to me how much ours look like that since our car accident, and the CINE MRI phase/flow especially, it's too bad the mid slice doesn't show more of the flow issues that can occur from the sigmoid sinus and down through the internal jugular veins, I can tell you that rotation, which can cause digastric muscle compression on the carotid sheath structures, and elongation of the styloid processes to alarming lengths, is not something often looked for in my country anyway, thanks for the awesome video!
