For all the people who think Grand Admiral Thrawn isn't authentic because of his legs having two colors, they are offical Lego. They just swapped out the plain white legs he originally had for dual molded Black and White legs to give Thrawn more detail by representing boots. They're usually used to swap out the plain single color legs to give said boot detail to Imperial Officers such as Thrawn, Tarkin and other Officers. The piece first came out with the Sushi Chef from the Ninjago Movie CMF line and Lego currently sells them directly through their build a minifigure sets in Lego Stores. I really recommend using both the dual molded black and white and dual molded black and dark bluish gray legs to give more detail to your Imperial officers.

The hair on the actual fig is dark blue and the one from the vid is black

A: The Hair is dark blue, it's a little hard to see but it is the right color
B: The legs are just dual molded Black and White legs (an existing offical part) to give more detail to the minifigure to represent his boots.
