That has done a lovely job. Well done 👍 I have almost finished building a Router Sled from 20mm Linear rails and bearing boxes to do the majority of the flattening work before putting it on the CNC for carving or design. It is 2400mm x 1200mm and uses a 3 1/2 Ho router.
I run a shop with CNC and Lasers in it, I do a ton of work with the CNC, honestly never considered using it in this manner. The domino cut is clutch man, I have been trying to wrap my head around doing this.

Beauty
hey. How do u flatten a slab thats longer? My Cnc is 1450x1050mm, and im thinking how to do like 2,5m long slabs... do i make like a sled for them or?
Yes I have! I flip them end for end and use shims to make them parallel. There is a tiling feature as well where you can make longer items. 👍🏻
How long did take, start to finish, including ssetp and programming?
I’d say an hour. The program is simple and Inwas taking shallow passes
