I swear that the ancestors speak through Dimash. The way he tells a story, which is usually based on someone's experience in the past, reaches into your soul and grabs your heart. And, in that melody, time stops and his universal language of music gives clear meaning.

When you look into his eyes, you see that he has been here many times before, he is a very old soul, and he has experienced all that love and joy and loss and pain in his past lives.
This is just my opinion and what do I know...☺️, but I think Dimash is a natural empath. I believe he has a tender and loving heart, and can easily feel or imagine and transmit the emotions present in any given song. And i think it's quite sincere and instinctual for him.

Dimash probably hasn't experienced a lot of the emotions he portrays in his songs personally but it is his ability to be empathetic to others that allows him to feel these emotions as he performs.
Experiencing Dimash Iive is like watching a miracle happen. The same time my mind and soul took off and I got lost in the utmost beauty of his voice and stage presence, I stared, in awe and disbelieve, and the depth of my emotions got so intense that I cried with joy.

Well he had vocalist and instrumentalist in his family, his grandma taught him as a toddler on the piano to hit notes, he was the youngest excepted into a prestigious musical school and what makes up as the gifted is that he has a physical deformity with larger vocal folds than normal. I do believe all the hard work, genetics and the abnormally large vocal folds explains him pretty much, but don't discount the hard work and determination to master every fascet of his trade. Dimash earned his place in history.

Dimash's proper Kazakh surname is "Qudaibergen". The nation of Kazakhstan is in the midst of changing their alphabet from the Cyrillic alphabet (imposed on them during Soviet occupation) to the Latin alphabet. In the Cyrillic alphabet, Kazakhstan's hard "K" sound was written with the letter "K", which is why you see "Kudaibergen" in his older videos. In the Latin alphabet, the Kazakh hard "K" sound is written with a "Q", as in the "Qudaibergen" you see on his newer videos. The alphabet changeover hasn't been without difficulty for the nation, which would properly be written as "Qazakhstan" in the Latin alphabet, and you'll sometimes see it written with the new spelling. During Soviet times, there was a surname convention where the letters "ov" were written as a suffix in order to distinguish father from son, similar to the "Jr." added to Western surnames. So, on some older Russian videos, you will see Dimash's surname written (and said by Russian announcers) as "Kudaibergenov" (meaning son of Kudaibergen). This convention was further complicated by Kazkhstan's tradition of the oldest son assuming the surname of their paternal grandfather. In Dimash's case, his grandfather's surname is "Qudaibergen" and his biological father's surname is "Aitbayev". This is probably much more than you wanted to know, but you did ask 😂

In Kazakhstan it's Kudaibergen..in Russian it's Qudaibergenov. His full name is very long..it's Dinmukhammed Knatuly Kudaibergen and the Dimash is the "nickname". It means gift from God, I believe. He is the oldest of three and all his family and extended family live together as is their country's custom. He carried a small bag of favorite cassette tapes and a cassette player everywhere with him as a small child..even to bed. He is humble but stubborn..kind but likes to joke..he says he is made of music and if cut open you'd find music. He says he will remain single until he is 30 yrs old. He was born in May of 1994. The family was told when he was 3 or 4 that he had perfect pitch so his grandmother quit her teaching job and spent all her time taking him back and forth from school to music teachers and lessons. His parents were busy in those years as famous singers in their country. His father stopped performing as Dimash started to become famous and became a part of the production team. His sister has graduated and is in nursing school. His younger brother is studying music.
I have heard a multitude of Dimash reactions and never has anyone ever talked about the depth of emotion he displays and suggests that it appears he has lived a powerful life.

The explanation for his surname is that Kazakhstan is moving from the Russian Cyrillic alphabet to their own Kazakh language. Kazakhstan has only had independence from Russia in the last 30 years and they're used to speaking mostly Russian but are now heavily pushing for the move back to their own language. So it's Kudaibergen or even Kudaibergenov when he's doing a Russian performance but he's using Qudaibergen personally as that's the Kazakh spelling which is why his ear buds and logo are DQ.

Dimash allows his audience to feel and be touched through his songs. I feel happier and is inspired to do something grand in a positive way for the betterment of humanity after listening to each of his songs. Love one another and improve the life of an another human being on a daily basis in large and small ways.
Dimash used to internalise every new song in his bedroom/studio for a week, and I think that is why you think it is his experience….he has made it so.
The beauty of his performances drag you straight into his heart and soul, and you then experience it with him.
No other singer/artist has this gift….it is his destiny to restore the true value of music, singing, correct use of healthy frequencies, and the beauty of artistic performance to the world, at a specific time when we all need it most.

I offer that Dimash has been born many times, and likely not just on earth. A good singer sings, a great singer emotes so much feeling every time they sing & that's Dimash. I don't think he has gone through heartbreak but he is an incredibly humble & caring human and is moved by human stories & emotions & is able to convey them through his incredible vocals. Have you reacted to Daybreak? Dimash first heard this song & learned of the very sad story behind it when he was 10 yrs old & was so moved by it he never forgot & then began singing it later. Igor and Dimash presented the song here on Alla Pugachova's 70th birthday on April 2019. She is a famous singer in Russia. The event took place in the Kremlin in Moscow.
The pianist is Igor Krutoy (Krutoy means 'Cool', *1954 in Ukraine SSR). He lives and works in Moscow- Russia always. He is singer, a world- famous composer and music titan in Russia (billionaire). His family is in the US now. Krutoy came out of retirement to write songs for Dimash. The maestro and Dimash have been working together from time to time since 2018. They are friends and have a father-son relationship.
Maestro Krutoy composed this song 28 years ago for Alla Pugacheva. Valerya Gorbacheva wrote the beautiful words. Now Igor and Dimash have refreshed the song and Dimash made it his song, incomparably beautiful. The interpretation is completely different from the original.

This is a beautiful song and I love hearing him in Russian and Kazakh. His suit, the mood. It is a masterful interpretation. His low tones are perfect. I still don´t understand how this comes out of a human body. Fun fact: I have listened to this so many times I know the lyrics, without knowing a single word in Russian, hehe.

One of my favorites. Igor wrote the song 25 years ago and it was a pop style and made famous by a female Russian singer. Dimash wanted it be from a male perspective and more of a ballad. I have seen reactors tear up during the Ave Maria part.

I absolutely love your appreciation and respect for Dimash. I feel exactly the same as you. Totally mind blowing It’s impossible to comprehend that others don’t feel the same I just have one big problem. Every time you use the F word it’s like a slap in the face. I understand that is common for most people and they wouldn’t even blink, but Dimash is so beautiful and wholesome, never crude or rude in anyway, and never has filthy in any of his songs. It just upsets me to have that word associated with him. Another reactor site I saw used so many obscene words they actually put up two reactions, one uncensored and one censored by “bleeping” out the words. I didn’t continue with it though because it was almost every third or fourth word so ridiculous. But you only used it a couple of times so an occasional bleep wouldn’t hurt. I can tolerate the other coarse words but not that one. I really love listening to you, love your thoughts and ideas and love the accent, so I really would like to continue to listen to you. I know there will be some other “older” dears who would appreciate our beautiful Dimash being untainted by something he would never say to his Dears Don’t mean to offend you, I love everything else you say 🥰
Speaking of hitting people in the feels... Dimash helped me through quarantine and continues to help me through any anxiety attack I might have. His powerful voice drowns out any negative thoughts I might be having at that time. 🌹
