I was enjoying watching your vlog video as always 😇 and regarding Mothers day, I was so afraid of spending first Mothers day without my mom, as she past 2 years ago. And we have always been spending the day in a special way. Last year I decided I will spend the day as a Me Day, when I can really care about me 🤍
You can still celebrate your Mom . She will always be with you in your heart.

So sorry to hear about your dad, I have spinal stenosis in the neck and I know spinal nerve pain is the worst. What is really helping me is physio combined with regenerative medicine injections, which are meant to help the body heal itself and delay or avoid surgery. Prolozone and platelet rich plasma is what I am doing, defo do your own research to see if suitable for your dad. All the best for his health.

I have sciatica too it’s terrible and you feel so hopeless and helpless.. I’m currently trying anything physio therapy, cortisone injection, heat and ice hydrotherapy… as I’ve had it over 2 years now ( on and off) best wishes to your Dad, it’s literally a pain ❤️
