Obviously, it is a fair decision. These guys have been given their chances. This friendship culture should end. Nobody should think himself as invincible. If someone has been tested many a times and still does not perform, he should have his way out. A similar decision about captaincy should be taken too. The captain must be your most mindful guy who can try different things himself instead of just following the same old script everytime.
