Light? I am using ELS.. Make sure you put the right file inside of the pack default file inside of the els folder in open iv. Hope it helps, have a great one and thanks for viewing

Try using (Better ELS) mod on the LSPDFR website. That should help out tremendously as it did mine

You need to have ELS in your mod folder on OpenIV. Take the correct els files and input them in that folder. Then when in game (Using a controller) just use the dpad
