Sorry for the lack of updates... Thanks for sticking around :) But more exciting videos planned for the future! What have y'all been doing to stay busy?
Hope you guys are safe over there, as it looks pretty scary on the news we get. Such a contrast here as we are pretty much doing everything normal here in Perth WA since May 2020, as we had a hard border closure from the other states of Oz since Feb/March 2020. Instead of people holidaying overseas, they are travelling within. I believe Australians spend 67 billion on overseas travel per annum, which now gets spent here, helping our economy. We all hope the states gets back to a new normal once Biden takes the reins, and the vaccine gets to everyone finally. I will hope to see you guys travelling again one day. I would imagine around the US would be the go for now, as getting married is a big event.
Thanks for the update, guys! Good to hear your life is moving along ok. Maybe it would be nice, as an Aussie, to learn a bit more about Raleigh. Stay safe, and I sincerely hope you will be able to return to Australia one day.
It's bizarre to us Aussies how most Americans don't have kettles. All US TV shows seem to have coffee makers with filters that seems to take ages to brew coffee. Is that right? And what's the deal with creamers? Does anyone make coffee with milk? I'd love to see you make typical US coffee, PB&J, etc... welcome back, by the way!
You're very right on the electric kettles it is not a common thing in US kitchens like it is in the UK or Australia. Filter pot coffee machines are the norm and so is creamer in every flavor imaginable! We haven't been able to drink creamer since coming back 😂 thanks for the feedback! 😊
hey Logan, when asked about Anything from your partner, the best word to use is always "memorable". its the best way for you stay out of the doghouse, but it also allows for nothing else to be said. however good luck on your up coming wedding.
A great video guys ... nice to see you back! 2020 is almost over, and hopefully we are all going to be over the worst of it ... am sending you an easy recipe for Cheese & Vegemite Scrolls ... keep safe and look forward to the next video. 🤗🍺😀🍷
Sydney has the Sydney Roosters rugby league team. You have the blue hens. Imagine if they trained together! Good luck in your first winter for a while 🥶
Hi guys .... in my hometown only 1 hour drive from Adelaide South Australia...you gotta try it if you ever come to Adelaide ... its called a savoury slice in a flat roll with sauce .... yummo !!! Keep safe
Hey thanks for the catch up! Yeah comparing the festive seasons between Oz and the USA would be interesting! Hope you are still all good with vegemite stocks! PS, Raleigh North Carolina always make me think of the Old Crow Medicine Show song Wagon Wheel!
We still have Vegemite! You are too kind for thinking of our Vegemite supply. Thanks for the feedback on video ideas and for watching 😊 (and 🤣 to Wagon Wheel, we have thought of that too!)

Thanks for the update. I’ve missed your vlogs and happy your back. Locked up in Melbourne but it could be a lot worse. Keep safe and well and keep the vlogs coming. 😁
You might have discovered this already but ‘Cost Plus World Market’ has an Australian section such as Vegemite and Bundy ginger beer sometimes. Crazy expensive for a small jar of vegemite but they also have a bunch of British stuff too. There is a World Market in Raleigh.
@@twotravelingkings that was the same for me when I lived in Canada a few years ago. I just had to make do paying $9 each time. But vegemite and Tim Tams weren’t the only thing I missed, it’s the little treats too.
Would love to visit the east coast of america. Have been to the west coast but lots of places over east that i would love to get to. Maybe one day in the not to distant future😊
In Australia your pumkin roll is called a swiss roll here. I live in Perth Western Australia and we are all open here just our border is not open yet. Just to make you jealous the coffee is still good here i enjoy a milky flat white. When you guys were here did you guys try a sausage roll and a good aussie meat pie
Very jealous of your coffee and glad you hear things are in better shape in Perth! We did try both a sausage roll and real bakery fresh meat pie, both delicious! 😋
Thanks for the videos. I have stumbled across lots of vlogs by travelling Americans - Wandering Ravens, Sonnie's Travels, Travelling Family of Five, Kate and Nate etc. Though some are just travel vlogs - lots say they set out to compare US and English or Australian etc "culture" - but a lot of these "just" compare accents, food, snacks or shops (ASDA versus Walmart) etc. Few people seem to do (excuse me if you have in a video I missed) really, substantive cultural issues. Not suggesting people get that political - but just thinking about comparing say British or Australian TV or Newspapers or Radio to the US. Similarly religion - is the US more religious? Attitudes to communal or individualistic responses (especially in this Covid World). Many argue that East Asian countries are more communally compliant with say Covid Rules than the Anglophone world. In this respect is the US different to Australia or the UK? Probably attitudes to guns, public v private health systems may be too political - but it is something that really interests people in Australia or the UK. For example though I have visited and like the US, I am nervous about living there for a longer period because of what I perceive as some US people's gun culture. Having lived in the UK and Australia I cannot imagine life without the NHS or Aussie Medicare. But as a US friend explained to me, the right to bear arms is in in the Constitution. Any way just a suggestion - clearly your call. Thanks again
@@twotravelingkings Fair do's and I am not game enough to have a youtube channel myself. But I think it is a sad comment on the times we live in if people feel comfortable discussing Oreos, Tim Tams and Penguins but not a countries response to individualism or the way they organise health care. I can understand why you wouldn't given the toxic nature of discussion on much social media. We seem to have lost the art of respectful conversation.
Will you be coming back to Sydney to live again once Australia 🇦🇺? Do u keep up to date when Australian international boarders reopen? I would like to c u here again an meet u both, it’s a good idea to keep to date with Australian restrictions and the Australian elections for Sydney and Australian federal election. Do come back

Thanks for watching! 😊
Most of us Aussie's have never heard of Raleigh NC. It would be cool if you took us around the city and do a Raleigh 101.
Great idea! ☺️
Hey Logan and Jenny. Thanks for your update. Can't wait to see what you get up to next!
Hi Kate, thanks for watching! 😊
Congratulations from Sydney

Yes, funny enough we have! Our favorite grocery store here has it too but it's $8 or $9 USD for a small jar 😂

We actually used to live outside of DC a few years back, it's a great city!
Marriage is a wonderful institution, but who wants to live in an institution? lol
Apparently we do! Thanks for watching 😊
