buddy none of the elevator have limit switch in every floor,it was avail in only top and bottom of the pit shaft so the total concept is wrong, u just coded the pic controller based on number of switch u put and all are connected in same path of rotation note : all lift stop in floors based on timer relay and vvvf drive (variable voltage variable frequency drive) or combination of read switch and floor magnet with RCR cam, auto door works on object sencor or proximity and coupling of door mechanisam
Nope! As much as this control system looks interesting, an elevator controller circuit it is not. Elevator controllers need redundancy, to properly ensure passenger safety. The logic needs to be much more sofisticated, hence the need for more complicated circuitry. Modern elevators have drives that control motor acceleration, deceleration and stop to ensure smoother rides and more precise stops.
