- A 1 hour art lesson for a bit of fun at Halloween. These Ghost tealights are great for creating organic shapes out of clay and letting the children get to know how to pull the clay into free flowing shapes without doing anything right or wrong.
Some bits are tricky so this is a Primary school art lesson for KS2 students, 7-11 year olds.
This is a no prep art lesson and a great bit of fun. This is also a good lesson for having time to catch up on some unfinished work. This art lesson is an hour long INCLUDING the time that the clay takes in the oven so whilst the clay is baking, you can use this time to either catch up on some work that needs finishing or I printed off a pumpkin template for the children to design their own pumpkins to fill the time. Halloween crafts don't just have to be an art activity at school, this Halloween activity can be done with the family at home.
PLEASE BE AWARE TO USE A BATTERY TEALIGHT FOR THIS CRAFT AS A NAKED FLAME MAY CAUSE A FIRE.
