Hey everyone, before you mention it, yes aspect ratio doesn't exactly match TH-cams. It might not be noticeable, but in case you did catch it, I apologise. This is my mistake, it'll be fixed for the next video.

Those are the worst!!!!! They starve cats to do it this way, they usually are very little and eat big portion of pure raw meat, that is dangerouse to cat organs like liver. Or cats eating fruits in asmr videos, it is unnatural, they are carnivores so you neet to starve them very long to make them eat fruit. I hate it when people watch this videos and comment that it is so sweet 😖 same withrescuing animal videos from India and China, they abuse animals to fake rescuing from river or road..

Food waste isn’t like plastic or other pollutants, it will decompose if left outside long enough. Assuming some animal doesn’t come across the food and eat it, the spit out food will disappear as soon as the environment finishes doing its thing. Edit: I find all mukbangs quite disturbing though. I like the original idea of eating a regular meal so the viewers can "eat together" with someone but this current version of it is disturbing af to me. Monetizing binge eating.

a variety of bits of knowledge and known factors make me very highly doubt that second one has much validity, just saying if you've seen cases handled, know anyone affected, etc etc...point is, most pedos probably wouldn't be interested in a child that looks like that, even among the people with that type of preference I'd be surprised if 1 in 50 was like that, again you can just look at cases, see normal legal pictures of past victims, know people personally perhaps etc, just like a distorted copy of reality most go for "normal" looks, with groups like chubby chasers being considerably less common.

I'm sorry if anyone's upset about a poor take on my end for something that I thought was a bad take on her end when apparently making desensitizing remarks to the folks harmed/lives' ended from the incident all while doing a mukbang isn't bad apparently.
Imagine if someone you know, loved, and cared for had their life taken away and someone did a similar video like the youtuber in question and making "silly remarks" all while gorging on food as if it's a regular Tuesday for them? I'd prefer they just not overeat to such an unhealthy degree, especially for the entertainment of an audience (some of whom may, once again, take away incorrect ideas of what is healthy.) But then, I'm not part of the audience for these things.

And it dawned on me the madness of it all when I was watching the two youtubers gorge themselves on two types of takeaways (more than what they could possibly finish between them in that one sitting) whilst I looked over at my near to empty fridge. To watch someone eating isn't entertaining unless it's your kink or part of an eating disorder which some people with an ED do like to watch others enjoy the food whilst they don't. I find Muckbangs promote gluttony and I find that distastful whilst many people live near or know someone who is struggling to put food on the table.

Being fat was not only a sign of wealth in old times in western societies, but still is in underdeveloped countries and native tribes today, mostly in Asia. My wife is from Buryatia, a country in far east Siberia. Her family is a bit more wealthier and as hunters, they have access to a lot of meat directly. There is a lot of poverty, especially in the north, where she lived. She luckily was (and still is) pretty healthy, but her parents and many other family members are very obese. Her younger sister was too, when she moved to our house in central europe, but with the help of a medical expert, she managed to be healthy again. It is not just there, but also the surrounding tribes, impoverished regions and countries.

You know, if mukbang is a legit fetish I think everyone knows that most fetish videos involving either really gross, sick, content is faked. Even if it is watched for just entertainment, then I see no problem with them spitting out chewed up food because it’s not a “food challenge” like eating a whole plate of hot wings. Either way, if people be mad at their entertainers for taking care of themselves then they should honestly be put in the bin with the rest of the loons.

@Jack-px8lf You know, the impressionable children may have slipped my mind when making this comment but that’s whole other side to the debacle which I completely agree by the way. It’s all so complicated and messed up.

Not surprised. You know full well, of course, how many people in the USA and elsewhere have taken to gluttony as a TH-cam channel theme. It's ridiculous.

The Monster Hunter Franchise has some poems which fit this topic. Most notably Pukei-Pukei’s introduction scene in Rise. (Extract) “Never mind the taste, satiety is the goal. “NOT ENOUGH! NOT ENOUGH!” The beast growls for more” for everything Is game for a true omnivore”.

Pei Qi's parents are really cruel to do that to their child. It's sooo bad for her health and who know what kind of relationship with food it will it will lead to when she will grow up. But those parents are more invested in views and sponsors than their child's health apparently. Super exploitative and gross, like family channels

    IMO:
ASMR video doesn't require swallowing food, as it's abound sound.
Perhaps a VMR subgenre should be created for food, to allow not swallowing the food.
Mukbang, from my understanding, is a person consuming copious amounts...swallowing food required, or the person isn't consuming.
All that said, mukbang videos shouldn't be a thing.

She literally just discussed the event as she ate. He showed the one part people decided was so horrible, where she made an offhand comment about the shoes, which is something you might actually wonder if you were talking with a friend (which, ironically, is what mukbangs actually started out as- people eating online so others could watch/listen and feel company as they also ate elsewhere). I think it's kind of funny that one of the detractors was TH-cam true crime creatorShe literally just discussed the event as she ate. He showed the one part people decided was so horrible, where she made an offhand comment about the shoes, which is something you might actually wonder if you were talking with a friend (which, ironically, is what mukbangs actually started out as- people eating online so others could watch/listen and feel company as they also ate elsewhere). I think it's funny that one of the people saying she wasn't "being appropriate" while telling true crime is someone who makes an income from talking about other people's tragedies on TH-cam as well. Foodie wasn't talking smack or cracking jokes about the people involved with that particular story. She did nothing wrong. There's just always some folks who elevate themselves to a higher status than others as if they're the authority on what is or isn't ok in certain communities.

As bad as it is, it could have been much worse.
She could have been eating Marie Callender's with apple sauce and pudding.

@@mommy2librasi gotta agree. telling true crime stories while eating is in poor taste but it’s not bad or worth the controversy. from what i’ve seen, foodie beauty has done legitimately worse things worth criticizing

Whenever i see a mukbang, I remember when I was homeless, eating a cold can of corn in a hotel room. Its the perfect representation of gluttony, privilege and food waste. It honestly makes me feel kind of sick
