Before reading the description I thought this was your "forever home" that you bought and renovated, paint looked great. Then I thought impossible lol. How was it sitting outside in front of the street? Seems a bit too many cars speeding by eh
It was our first attempt at renting a city house, back in January 2022. We just never set the visibility of the video to public until now.

Very hard to say. I'd guess between $60K and $80K. Rent would be $500-$600. No, we never owned it. We were renters.
