Once again another great episode! Also (you probably know this) but that road is so congested bc of the cargo train terminal. I hate it just CONSTANTLY produces traffic
I came back watching this channel for a while and though that he never talks in his videos. I'm so used to seeing this channel without anyone talking. The same thing happened with a few other channels where it started using text only before using their own voices instead of or alongside text.

The idea with the hill against the highways is a wonderful idea. But it could become even better when the highways are being charged into tunnel road near the trekking park

We have them! Even my city in Southern California has one or two. 😀 And there is a very famous one in Orange, California where TV shows and movies have used for location shots.

Damn if the stuff you build looks this good in the base game imagine what its gonna look like in cs2. I always try to build in a way i would like to see someplace look. Hopefully in cs2 we'll be able to decorate even more than in this game. It really is amazing what you can do with no mods. Thats the way i have to play since im playing on my ps5

I also wondered what these oil/ or water tanks supposed to do when i looked at google earth

It might look ugly to you, but it’s highly realistic. Water storage facilities are all over the hills in Southern California. I believe it’s to help with fire suppression efforts.

I am trying to recreate my hometown. I'm using Image Overlay mod + heightmaps (not very accurate to be honest - for a city in Poland. I'm guessing the data for that particular area is very basic). I've recreated main roads, railroads, etc., river and lake. I've started from the main railway station and I've lost my motivation. It looks very raw, ugly to be honest. Screenshot made in OpenStreetMap is very unclear, no significant detail and I have to switch to Google Earth for more insights and my laptop is barely holiding up. Do you have any advice how to proceed with such task? Where to begin? Do everything with great detail (slowly) or rapid development (not identical, but so-so)?
You are by far the best vanilla builder! What you achieve with absolutely zero mods is amazing!. I plan to use ZERO mods when CS2 comes out for as long as possible!
