It is my humble request to you sir please talk about the reasoning section of 4th August 2nd shift .....no one is talking about that everyone is considering it easy and everyone is just asking for justice to 3rd august shifts whose quant section was tough but reasoning was easy ....on 4th august 2nd shift quant was really easy but reasoning was too time consuming and confusing...pleade talk about both the issues sir 🙏🙏

I attempted only 46, 23 in quants, puzzles mein aatak gaye, aur uski wajah se pura reasoning ka paper hi dub gaya, itna depressed feel ho raha hai, 2021 se start kiya hai prep , aaj tak ek bar bhi koi pre clear hi nahi kar payi, har bar tension kar kar ke paper kharab ho jata hai, aaj bhi hua hai, lekin haal nahi chhod sakti, naukri toh chahiye chahiye, karke dikhaungi, and thanks to you, for everything.

People should first understand what normalization is. Let's see.
In any given shift, let's take 1% of the top scorers. For example, if there are 40,000 candidates, 1% would be 400 candidates. Let's assume the average score of these 400 candidates is 60 out of 80.
Similarly, in another shift, the top 1% scorers have an average score of 55.
Now we have two shifts, and we can see that shift 2 is more difficult. The candidates in shift 2 will get an additional 4-5 marks, or those in shift 1 might lose 4-5 marks.
So, stop saying it's a hard shift. It doesn't become just because you say so. It is determined based on the performance of the top 1% scorers. I hope this makes sense.

The best thing about the learning niti does is ..when they go for attempting paper they only attempt their respective specialised stream/paper eg : only reasoning or only quant...they don't eat any deserving candidates seat. Those who can qualify for mains...there are almost 200-300 teachers who just go for their youtube channel and gor analysis..they attempt both sections and increase the cutoff and many students who prepare for one yr .his/her chance get wasted...

Exactly no body is talking about this.. 4th August shift 2..reasoning was tougher than quant.. Quant was on easier side..

Sir abhi tk 10 mains diya hen ek bhi mains nahi nikla...ibps clerk mains me cutoff clear ho gya to sectional me eng p t se rah gya...taiyari chod di thi fir socha ko ek haar try kr lete hen...or jiska dar tha wahi hoga pre ka paper hi khrab 4th aug 2nd shift 55 attempt usme se 2-3 wrong hen....kuch smj nahi aa raha ...
