How To Make The Best Cupcakes Ever

- The easiest and best cupcake recipe that includes your favourite flavours! These cupcakes are delicious and if you love a cupcake you need to try them!
You all know how much I love Nutella, Biscoff, and Oreo and I hope you'll love these flavours too!
1. Nutella Cupcake
2. Biscoff Cupcake
3. Oreo Cupcake
Ingredients:
For the cake:
225g Margarine or unsalted butter (I use Stork), room temperature
225g Caster Sugar
4 Large Eggs, lightly beaten, room temp
225g Self Raising Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp whole milk
For the buttercream frosting:
200g Unsalted Butter, softened
450g Icing sugar, sifted
30ml Milk
Plus the following:
30g Nutella
30g Biscoff spread
3 crushed Oreo’s

For the buttercream, don’t use margarine instead of softened butter or the icing will break apart and melt

A good tool for scooping out the cake is an apple corer.
For the buttercream icing can you use margarine or does it have to be butter
