whenever I have a fever I get this weird feeling where everything around me is happening at a fast but not very fast tempo that keeps going over and over in my head and making my chest feel weird. This level is so well made and so crazy it recreates that feeling every time I play it or watch someone play it (fever or not) and playing it with a fever drives me insane XD
