Thx for the reference video, I damaged the pin and the mount on my lasernut (its a weak point for sure) I am putting in aluminum mounts in the hope of not having to do this again. I am new to rc, so a step by step video helps a bunch in accomplishing my repairs and upgrades. cheers

Excellent video, very informative. This is what's going to help me replace my control arm that I have now broken. I have two Losi Laser Nut. One is a parts case the other one fairly new but I'm always having issues. now the front control arm broke right where the shock mounts. Just after a light tap on a tree. So now I know how to do the repair thanks to your video looks really easy my issue wasn't as severe as yours. But man I tell you these things break easily. Lol. I had so many issues with my first one just decided to use it for parts because I knew I was going to have issues with the second one. ROFL🤣❗️ might as well save time and money and have the parts right here. Every time mode order parts for Losi they were always back ordered.

Challenges they're so dang fast which means crashes are bigger and more damaging

@@JrsGasolineAlley , lol 🤣. You nailed it, most of my runs are spent trying to avoid things at high speed. ROFL. But its fun. I see Losi just came back with their 6th scale version two of that buggy. Can't remember the name, ( Super Rock Rey ) but it didn't do well so it was discontinued. The support for front shocktowers would split in half. Really cheap plastics. Hopefully the new version is better.

I am just getting my Lasernut tomorrow from UPS and was watching your video, I have a question though, When you had the Diff out why didnt you check it for any damaged gears or fluid level? I have heard there are a lot of issues with that.

Damaged gears was only a problem on the first run. No issue now, just enjoy

Same procedure for the rear? And would it be the same parts?

Kind of sad watching the U4 coming down the road with a broke front leg. Like a wounded animal. Great job showing the installation. It's so nice to see how it all fits together. 👍 I guess it's a common issue from all the comments below. ( ̲̅:̲̅:̲̅:̲̅[̲̅ ̲̅]̲̅:̲̅:̲̅:̲̅ )
