I don't know what kind of job JP works, but I would like to imagine him in a big shared office space. One of those places with giant long tables that everyone shares.
And the only thing his coworkers know about him is that he sometimes gets calls at random points throughout the day. Where he answers with either "Get them out of there." or "Let 'em live" followed by "Mwah, mwah, love you."

With the sacrifice bell when it randomly votes someone out I believe it never votes a duck or neutral role, only geese
