Thank you for making a way which simply explained something which can be quite confusing. It just would have been even nicer to have a second camera to show the top of the BK7m more clearly, including what you were choosing on the BK7m screen. But it was still really helpful.
Can we turn off the Reverb globally? Playing live in large room, the reverb cause the sound muddy and I would like to turn off globally, instead go to each performance and turn it off.
Hi Tiho, I've just bought a Roland BK-7M. Can you recommend a digital piano 88 keys (or less) weighted keys MIDI weighted. Economical and simple. Thank you. Tony
Can you tell me if the App will work when I push the USB button and go to "My songs " where then I could load the song choice on the tablet instead of using the wheel
It’s called BK Partner in App Store. It is very limited in its usefulness, I’m sorry to say. Roland missed a massive opportunity. There are few functions that are not already on the hardware itself - and real buttons give you more confidence than virtual ones. (Note the number of times when the presenter “missed” what he was trying press on the iPad. And that’s not in the heat of a live performance. Not good.) The app should have given us easy access to the menus so we are not menus diving using just the wheel. And we could have a mixer for balancing sounds up, in and out. But no….. sad implementation for me.
@@tedysamsi8488yes - that’s the main purpose of the BK-7m - it provides complete backing band that follows the chords you play. It has various permutations how it does that. There’s a very deep “feature list” on this device. It’s an amazing piece of kit!!
Thanks for this info. I found this video to this module also interesting: "Band-in-a-Box - Roland BK-7m". This makes it even more powerful.
Thanks for sharing!

After each editing of Style or Onetouch setting, we need to save the Performance List.
Where can I find this app for iPad? I have been looking in the App Store but can’t find it…..
Search for BK Partner app in APP Store
