I think the 3d universe games are stories told in the HD universe. Hence having a lot of the same celebrities, places, cars and stuff happening like the Grove Street takeover

Lately I've been very busy with college but I'm finishing a video "Things 1970s Kids Will Remember". I already did the 2000s version. After that I was thinking about uploading more Gta videos, like taking a mission Reuniting the Families from San Andreas and replace Smoke, Ryder, Cj and Sweet with Trump, Bush, Biden and Obama. They'll be having a meeting with Putin and Zelensky to stop the war but it goes wrong and results Drive-by. It could be funny putting all 21st century US presidents together today when they cannot stand each other haha. I don't have much experiance with making these videos in Vice City cos it doesn't have Dyom like San Andreas which makes it harder to set the cutscenes.
