I use this game is an example to point out the Brian Bosworth was not a complete bust, the problem is nobody remembers it🤣 He was quite good, and coming into his own before the injury killed his career, what a shame, thanks for going deep in the well to bring us this gold!
@@pmoney3688 This Seahawks team was such a good team. To this day I've never seen a faster or a defensive unit with so many playmakers. Definitely a tough loss.
Thinking the steroids took a toll and injuries are a part of that steroid route. Too bad. I really enjoyed his college career. He was my kind of player.
Thanks for pointing this game out. Seems like all I remembered was the Boz was a Bust. I remember him out of college, I seen Bo Jackson Run him over , But I didn't remember what kind of career he had, was short
NFL Films committed early to unfair treatment of Bosworth, casting him as a hapless weakling bust on the basis of one play on national television where with a bad angle he was unable to stop Bo Jackson at the goal line. The effects of their biased presentation of his career are still evident today, especially whenever anyone repeats the line that "Bo Jackson ran over the Boz and ended his career." No disrespect intended, but rewatch the Bo Jackson play and tell me he got run over... thank you for maybe giving the Boz a little credit for the work he did get in for the team.
@@fortknox4740 I always thought he just was at a bad angle on the tackle. One play dont make a guys career. Ask Isiah Robertson the Pro Bowl linebacker who got Legendary Trucked by Earl Campbell When it took half the defense to finally take him down minus his original Jersey. Like a pack of lions dragging down a wildebeast Lol. Yeah I had no idea about all that other stuff. He was a Badass out of College I remember. Thnx for the Clips
@@fortknox4740I agree. It’s a misrepresentation today that play. You not to be repeated over over and over. He wasn’t run over at all. Besides Bo Jackson with a head of steam was an impossible task.
Bo Did Not Run him over. He made the tackle it was jus in the end zone Bo had full steam with only a couple of yards to go. The BOZ was the greatest football player I ever seen in college. He just got hampered by his injuries & couldn’t play how he was use too. -Deion Sanders
People remember what they want to about Bosworth. He was no more of a bust than Bo Jackson, Gale Sayers etc He got his career cut short by injury. Bos was damn good and white so naturally people are going to hate. 🤷🏻

What's a Boz worth in Houston?

I'm a long time fan of The Boz. Been an OU fanatic since 1963. One of a bunch of OU heroes of mine. Thanks, Boz
Without social media. He was the biggest thing in sports. Amazing.
Boz was a beast
At OU. I think he would have been a great NFL player if he were on a better team. A rookie calling signals? Really?
He was all over the field.
If he played now he would be a allpro.
If he played today, I don't think he would be a linebacker, he might be an edge rusher like the bosas
I remember playing in this game. I was the best one.

Had that play happened at the 50 it would have just been a routine tackle. It he happened to fall into the end zone.

Bosworth was definitely NOT a bust. His body busted out most notably his shoulders.
Is Boswell stays healthy meaning his shoulders he probably is a first ballot Hall of famer
The Boz was killing it
He was on the path to becoming a very good pro LB. The injury cut that short.
Bosworth ran about a 4.56.Hand timed.Bo ran 4.0
If bosworth stays healthy meaning his shoulders don't go out on them and learn how to play not injured he would have been a first ballot Hall of famer
anyone notice how awful the condition of the turf.
He was a great player who just happened to have a lot of injuries!
That's Broadway Joe commentating
The Bills have always had the best uniforms in the league in my eyes except those Oiler unis. By far tye best ever made.

Stupidest think I seen all week
Bosworth could have been great if he would have been more mature.
And less injured
Forgot that the seachickens were in the Afc West back then
Men on Football: “Why are the Bills and Redskins are in the Superbowl? They should have teams like the Oilers and Packers”.
